With the world facing elevated challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Colour Republic wanted to leverage Fresh Summit as an industry-wide opportunity to share how their products have been giving shoppers a Reason to Smile for the past 16 years.
With this new tagline as the foundation for communicating the beauty of their premium floral varieties uniquely grown in the rich, volcanic soil high in the Andes of Ecuador, we set to work defining the messaging to support this theme, building out a four-part email campaign, and designing the Marketplace page layout.
For Fresh Summit 2020, the DMA Solutions team developed a communication strategy around email and social media to drive traffic to the DMA Solutions Marketplace page.
On the page, we worked to create an engaging experience that effectively highlighted our marketing offerings and showcased our festive food-focused giveaway. From custom graphics on the product highlights section, effective tagging to drive traffic, engaging messaging and interesting design, and strategic email communications - the DMA Solutions seem saw much success at Fresh Summit 2020.
At a time when growers and shippers need solutions to meet unprecedented demand and safety protocols, Fox Solutions and Fox Packaging wanted to elevate their automation equipment and packaging as a smart solution.
Fox's virtual Fresh Summit marketplace page featured a new background image and messaging each day of the live show and their presence was supported with email marketing, social media, and special Q&A blog posts with the company's leadership.
Super Starr, Mexico's leading papaya grower-shipper, had a message they wanted everyone to know at the 2020 virtual Fresh Summit: They are officially offering the first Fair Trade certified papayas.
To support this goal, DMA developed background graphics and exhibitor highlights for the brand featuring the Fair Trade certified logo to draw quick attention to this fact. DMA also worked with Super Starr to elevate other key messages in the exhibitor highlights section regarding the company's commitment to food safety and expertise in sourcing Latin mix and tropicals as well. With a strategically crafted "about us" section to feature searchable key terms, the Super Starr brand showed up to the virtual show looking polished and ready for retailer meetings!
With Fresh Summit 2020 moving to a virtual event this year, Duda Farm Fresh Foods wanted to create a way for both buyers and attendees to experience and engage with the brand online.
DMA Solutions launched the "Duda Difference" promotion for Fresh Summit, developing this page for an interactive product experience and virtual field tours, to share key highlights around each product offering, and to create an opportunity for sample requests. Further, DMA Solutions designed all elements and populated the Duda Fresh Summit Marketplace page as well as wrote the copy and determined the visual direction for the company video and introduction videos for Fresh Summit. All of these efforts resulted in a successful Fresh Summit for Duda Farm Fresh Foods.
