As vice president of DMA Solutions, Megan is dedicated to ensuring that clients’ goals and objectives are met, while supporting consistent business growth and development. She is fiercely loyal to the fresh produce industry and the people who serve it.

Her innate ability to nurture relationships and build teams, combined with her strategic thinking and aptitude for finding unique solutions for solving problems is what makes her instrumental to the DMA team. Megan’s intuitive nature and ability to earn trust has allowed her to support a growing team internally, while also building long-lasting client relationships. Ask any of the DMA team members, and they will tell you that Megan’s positive energy and genuine care for others is what makes her an inspiring leader within the organization.

Megan’s service extends beyond her work at DMA Solutions. She is a proud and eager volunteer leader currently serving on the United Fresh Produce Marketing & Merchandising Council and as a PMA Center for Growing Talent Career Ambassador. She is a graduate of the United Leadership Class 22 and was recognized in 2015 when she was awarded the Produce Business’ 40 Under 40.

Megan earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas Tech University and continues to fuel her passion for learning and leadership development through attending conferences, reading professional development books and blogs, and speaking at industry events.

When she’s not in the office, Megan loves spending time with her joke-making husband Aaron and guitar playing, soccer goalie son Cooper, their golden retriever Sadie and Checkers the cat.
