We never tire of sharing the Salad Bar Story – how America’s schools need our help providing their students with more fresh and healthy food choices. But this time we wanted to take it a step farther and SHOW you the story. Presenting an infographic: The Case for Salad Bars.
We are so inspired by of the attention and generosity our industry has shown this cause, but there is much work to be done. In California alone, we have set out to fund 350 salad bars to schools that have already applied and been approved for the Let’s Move Salad Bars to School program. We still have nearly 50 unfulfilled applications to meet our goal deadline of May 15, 2013. Will you help us get there?
