Sound familiar to you? I wrote that and I’m annoyed. Luckily, there has been a huge pendulum shift in the way that consumers want to be reached and how they want to receive messages from brands. Shouting the loudest, promoting the most products or just being super clingy won’t get you anywhere as a brand. This isn’t to say that traditional marketing techniques aren’t effective, but there are some adjustments we can make to our strategy and tactics we use to communicate with our audiences.
